reservation is held with a credit card number.
You will not be charged until your arrival.
Should you have to cancel more than 30 days
before your reserved date, there is no charge
to cancel. Less than 30 days, there is a
$50 fee charged to your card.

REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.

Rental Policies Snapshot:
- * Check out time is 11:00 AM, check in time is 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. NO CHECK INS
AFTER 8:00 PM, WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
- * A deposit of $50.00 is required for a one night stay. A 50% deposit is required
for a longer stay. Deposits must be received to confirm reservations.
- * Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
- * Guests aged 12 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
- * We are a Non Smoking Resort.
- * Pets Are Not allowed.
- * No telephones in cabins but cell phone reception is good.
